Product Description
Screw Conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment which is used to
transport powder, granular and dry bulk materials. It consists of
bearing seat, screw blade, screw shaft, hang bearing, conveyor
casing and driven device,etc. Combinations of single or multiple
screw devices can be integrated with each other to meet specific
field requirements. Trough type tube with multiple inlet and
outlet, and the maximum inclination angle is 20°. The rotation of
the blade is started by the motor, and then the material is
transported along the screw to the outlet.
The principle of the double-shaft screw conveyor is to install one
shaft screw in two seamless steel pipes, or two shaft screws in the
same pipe body. One of them is left-handed and the other is
right-handed. When working, the two spirals are meshed and rotated
by a pair of gears at the shaft extension position. Due to the
rotation of the spiral body, the material moves axially, thereby
achieving the purpose of transportation.

Structure Features
1. The connection between the screw shaft and the hanging bearing,
the head and the tail shaft adopts the embedded tongue type, no
axial movement is required for installation and removal, and
maintenance is convenient. Long mandrel, less hanging, and fewer failure points.
2. The variable diameter structure is used to increase the volume
of the hanging bearing to avoid contact between the hanging bearing
and the material. The life of the hanging bearing can reach more
than two years.
3. Each transmission part adopts floating connection method, and
the hanging bearing is a universal structure, so that the spiral
body, the hanging bearing and the tail part form an integral
rotating floating body, which can convey resistance and rotate
freely within a certain range, without jamming or blocking .
4. The head and tail bearing seats are outside the shell, and all
bearings use a multi-layer sealed box with sealing technology,
which has a long service life.
